Qualifications

• Strong transactional finance experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress in finance.
• Comfortable working with colleagues across different countries and cultures.
• Ideally AAT qualified or halfway through AAT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journals, accruals, and prepayments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
• Collaborate with finance teams across the EMEA region to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and growth of the finance function.
