Job summary

Olleco is seeking a diligent Finance Analyst to join our UK finance team. You will prepare weekly and monthly management accounts, perform variance analysis, and support the budgeting process.

Key tasks include bank reconciliations, payroll analyses and journals, accruals and prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will assist with internal audits and year-end audits to strengthen controls across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience creating weekly and monthly management accounts.
• Strong ability to perform variance analysis against budgets.
• Proficient in bank reconciliations and cash at hand reconciliations.
• Experience preparing payroll analyses and journals.
• Experience calculating accruals and prepayments.
• Ability to prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support annual budgets and forecasts processes.
• Conduct internal audits to strengthen controls and assist year-end audits.
