Vistry Group plc is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join the Regional Finance team in Redhill, Surrey. You will support monthly forecasts, the annual budget, and strategic planning while maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Strong academic record and strong GCSE/A-levels or equivalent.
Working towards recognized accountancy qualification or desire to begin ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and particularly Excel is vital.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting of regional KPIs and management information, both financial and non-financial, to senior management.
Support the month end close process and own weekly cashbook postings.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support documentation for balances.
Raise invoices to partners for contracted income and track receipts.
Support financial administration of sites in COINS and HARP systems.
Assist with short-term cash forecasts and monthly reforecasts.
Support the annual budget / strategic plan and related deliverables.
