Assistant Accountant

The Assistant Accountant will support the Head of Finance within a global tech environment. This is a great opportunity for a Part-Qualified professional eager to develop their finance career in an international setting.

This is a Full-time, Permanent position based in Belfast City Centre.

What you'll do

• Post monthly journal entries
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse data to assist with cash flow forecasting and projections
• Prepare financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for both P&L and balance sheet
• Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts for the Group
• Assist with the year-end close and audit process
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management

About you

• 2 years Accounting Experience or similar role
• Part-Qualified Accountant, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, Accounting Technician (ATI, IATI)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience within Professional Services
