You will be a recently qualified accountant with a keen interest in developing your skills within a busy commercial finance environment. You must be able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, in a pressured and deadline driven environment.
You will be a confident and articulate communicator with the ability to work with senior leaders and use your influencing skills to achieve the best outcomes for the business. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast moving team-based environment and have the ability to be able to prioritise competing priorities. You will support and contribute to the development of the wider Finance team. You will be highly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, while expecting to gain experience in using accounting software within a commercial environment.
You will be a diligent and driven individual with a high level of attention to detail and motivated to succeed within an ambitious and growing business. Someone who is confident, thorough and conscientious will excel in this role. Given that the finance team are a central function within the group, the ability to easily build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels is a necessity. You may be required to travel to different 3173 Group locations from time to time as part of your role.

Location: Belfast (Hybrid Model). Minimum two days per week in the office.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (or 5 days per week) with additional hours as and when required.
All roles are subject to a six-month probationary period and all prospective employees are required to complete an Access NI check.
As part of the pre-hire process the successful candidate will be subject to reference checking security vetting.
