Job description

As specialist accountants for recruitment and high volume workforce management, Numbermill offers 3 main services:

1. Financial & Strategic Consultancy
2. Back Office Services
3. Workforce Engagement Services

After successfully achieving the AAT Level 3 qualification, the candidate will be considered for the Level 4 AAT Apprenticeship training and/or the opportunity to progress to a more senior level with the firm and a career within accountancy.

You will largely be working on bookkeeping and back office accounts processes, but will also assist in some of the day-to-day functions that are essential to keeping the office running smoothly.

As an Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:

• Bookkeeping
• Bank Reconciliations
• Back Office Services
• Assisting with Payroll processing
• Journals
• Preparation of personal, partnership, and company tax returns and computations for review

Training typically takes place 1 day a week. We offer classroom training and live online classroom learning with our fully qualified tutor. You will be supported by a work coach throughout your studies.

Assistant Accountant Standard including an AAT Level 3 qualification.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
