Who Are You and Your Colleagues?

You’re driven, organized, enthusiastic about challenges, passionate about finance, and eager to learn. You’re a self-starter who works well in a team, with attention to detail.

Your colleagues include experienced professionals, including those who have completed apprenticeships and understand your journey. You’ll work closely with Senior Accountants and a Chief Accountant, who will mentor you. Together, you’ll work on meaningful projects that make a difference.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) including Maths and English.
• 2 A-Levels (A-C) or equivalent, preferably in Accountancy, Business, or Economics.
• A passion for finance and a desire for professional growth.

Note: This role is for those starting their finance careers. If you already have a degree or significant qualifications like CIMA, you may not be eligible for government funding for this apprenticeship.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Over 36 months, you’ll rotate through key finance areas, including:

• Reconciliations: Balancing accounts accurately.
• Invoice and Cash Flow Processes: Understanding their impact on Capital Markets.
• Month-End Reporting: Collaborating to deliver insights.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Handling diverse tasks to support the business.

You’ll gain broad experience across UK and Ireland operations and work towards becoming a CIMA-qualified professional.
