Are you a meticulous and proactive finance professional looking to enhance your career within a dynamic and supportive team? We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our Head Office, where you will play a key role in managing intercompany recharges, overseeing Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI), handling employee expense claims, and preparing month-end balance sheet reconciliations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing intercompany charges, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate invoicing across Group companies.

Overseeing the GRNI process, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to resolve outstanding items.

Processing employee expense claims with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

Preparing accurate month-end balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and providing variance explanations.

Supporting financial reporting, cash management, departmental cost analysis, and assisting the wider finance team with administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and operating companies.

Experience working within an accountancy environment, with exposure to financial operations.

Competence in financial systems, ideally Oracle Fusion, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
