Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform account reconciliations
Assist with month-end accounts and reporting
Support regulatory filings
Handle finance inbox and respond to internal/external queries
Build relationships with stakeholders, including an outsourced accountant
Improve and streamline finance processes
Assist in analysing financial metrics of fundraising applicants
Support on ad hoc finance and operational tasks
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience
Previous experience in a finance team
Strong numeracy and data interpretation skills
Organised, pragmatic, and detail-oriented
Collaborative team player with a professional approach
Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment
