King Edward VII's Hospital in London (Marylebone) is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join the Finance team. You will support month-end close, prepare journals, assist with balance sheet reconciliations, and help ensure accurate financial reporting across the hospital.

We're looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team at King Edward VII's Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their finance career and keen to build technical accounting expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. As an Assistant Accountant, you'll support key financial processes that help ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls and effective decision-making across the business. You'll gain valuable exposure to month-end activities, reconciliations, audit support, VAT processes, financial reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, all while developing your professional accounting knowledge. This role would suit someone who is curious, motivated to learn and working towards a professional accounting qualification, with aspirations to develop a long-term career in finance.
