• Part qualified AAT / CIMA / ACCA
• Experience in a fast-paced finance environment

• Experience with month-end duties

Responsibilities

• Sales ledger credit control and reporting
• Weekly sales reporting
• Assist in management accounting
• Daily cashbook updates and weekly bank reconciliations
• Assist with year-end preparation and audit information
• Month end journal preparation and posting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain Fixed Asset register
• Monthly payroll preparation
• Adhere to corporate reporting procedures and standards
• Ad hoc duties as defined by Finance Director

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our clients growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT/CIMA/ ACCA Part Qualified finance professional with experience to gain further exposure and fast-track their development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sales ledger credit control and daily/weekly reporting
• Weekly Sales report
• Assist in Management Accounting
• Daily cashbook update, posting and weekly Bank reconciliation
• Assist with year-end preparation and audit information preparation
• Month end journal preparation and posting
• Assist Balance sheet reconciliations and signoff
• Maintain Fixed Asset register
• Monthly payroll preparation
• Other adhoc duties as defined by Finance Director
• Adherence to corporate reporting procedures and standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Part Qualified AAT/ CIMA /ACCA
• Previous experience within a fast paced finance role
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• A willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Previous experience with month end duties
