Job summary

TRP Recruitment Limited is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for a leading ladieswear supplier in London. The role supports Account Managers in a busy fashion business, with a hybrid setup of 3–4 days in the office and some flexibility for client meetings.

The ideal candidate has a fashion background or degree, is highly organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Fashion background or degree, ideally with experience in a similar second jobber role.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including liaising with factories.
• IT literate, with good Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexible and a strong team player, comfortable covering for colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Chasing development samples with factories and managing the sample trackers.
• Updating the Account Managers twice weekly with sample due dates.
• Sending sample trackers out to the factories twice a week.
• Assisting the Account Managers with admin tasks, e.g. generating line boards following customer meetings, collating specs for costing and generating costing thumbnails.
• Raising orders for the Account Management team and generating order confirmation sheets.
• Covering the daily post, and mounting fabrics, dips etc. when the Sales Admin Assistant is not in.
