YMCA Trinity Group – Accommodation in Peterborough is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Project Worker to support young people toward independent living. You’ll join a small team, help with personalised support plans, and contribute to a welcoming, safe environment that fosters life skills and confidence.

At our Peterborough sites, we currently offer two types of accommodation, each tailored to meet different local needs. While both provide the same essential support services, they are set within unique environments, offering access to a variety of on-site and nearby facilities to help young people thrive and grow in independence.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. If an offer of work is accepted, YMCA Trinity Group will facilitate these checks on behalf of our staff and volunteers via the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Days and hours – 20 hours per week. This will include early and late shifts and the shifts are 5 hours each with 4 days per week. 1 weekend off in 3 over a 4 week rota. Specific days and hours will be discussed at interview.

What we offer

Annual salary £13,218.40
