Job summary

YMCA Trinity Group in Cambridge is seeking an Accommodation Project Worker to support young people aged 16-25. You will deliver personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching, helping residents gain independence in a safe, supportive environment.

The role includes 40-hour weeks across early, mid, and late shifts and some weekends. Salary £28,246.40 per year with a range of benefits; DBS checks are facilitated, and 5 weeks holiday plus birthday leave, pension, and wellbeing support are

  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools in day-to-day tasks.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.

Our Cambridge accommodation site features 80 rooms, providing a safe and supportive home for young people aged 16-25. At Queen Anne House, our dedicated team of accommodation workers offers ongoing support and encouragement, helping residents build confidence and independence.

About The Role

As an Accommodation Project Worker, you'll help young people build the skills they need to live independently, offering support through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You'll help create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, while also pitching in with the day-to-day running of the service.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours: You will be contracted to 40 Hours Per Week. This is a combination of Early Shifts (8am-4:30pm) mid shift (11am-7:30pm) and Late Shifts (1:30pm-10pm). The role also included working alternate weekends and includes on call duties.

What We Offer

Annual salary £28246.40.
