What will you be doing?

  • Ensuring holiday homes are clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests
  • Supporting the Accommodation Manager in recruiting and training cleaning staff
  • Managing a team to meet cleaning standards, achieve efficiency, and stay within budget
  • Providing your team with the necessary tools and supplies
  • Using guest feedback to improve service and guest experience
  • Monitoring cleaning standards and addressing issues promptly
  • Creating positive guest interactions and resolving queries quickly
  • Utilizing systems for smooth operations and accurate data management
  • Ensuring safe handling of chemicals and cleaning materials following COSHH guidelines
