The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a large Housing Association based in Belfast, to recruit an Assets Manager (Response Maintenance) on a permanent basis.
The client provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. They offer a range of services from sheltered housing for over 55s, general needs housing for families and individuals, to specialist care and support facilities for the elderly, people with dementia, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.
Your new role
You will manage performance and customer relations for the Association’s responsive maintenance service and assist the Director of Assets in delivering a strategic, high-quality asset management service to tenants.
You will lead and manage the Assets team to ensure service quality aligns with the Association’s policies and procedures.
You will help establish budgets, manage designated budgets, and forecast expenditures.
You will oversee the performance of suppliers, contractors, and other partners to meet regulatory targets, maintain quality, and ensure value for money.
