Job summary

NSG Environmental Ltd is seeking an experienced Assets & Estates Manager to oversee the management, maintenance and governance of the company’s estate and assets across sites in the UK. The role includes ownership of asset registers, overseeing maintenance regimes, managing contractors and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The post holder will drive lifecycle planning, capital budgeting, and ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose in a challenging industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Well organised with ability to work to timescales and attention to detail.
• Experience of Assets & Estates (5 years) and delivering new works in existing premises.
• Familiar with QSHEW or similar operating procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage asset management framework, governance and asset registers.
• Oversee maintenance programmes, refurbishment activities and new works.
• Coordinate and deconflict Estates activities with Site Operations Leadership Team.

NVQ L6, HNC/HND or Degree in Facilities Management, Estates Management, Building Services, Engineering, Asset Management or related discipline
