Cobalt Housing is seeking an Asset Surveyor (Stock Condition) to help understand, maintain and improve our housing stock. You will collect and analyse stock condition, compliance and energy data to support long-term investment planning and regulatory compliance.

With experience in stock condition surveys across tenanted properties and EPC surveys, you will identify repair needs, ensure issues are resolved, and contribute to asset investment and improvement programmes.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in a property or building-related field; RICS/CIOB chartered status or equivalent experience.
• Experience undertaking stock condition surveys across tenanted properties.
• Experience conducting EPC surveys on domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Undertake surveys across Cobalt Housing's portfolio of approx. 6,000 homes.
• Collect, analyse and maintain accurate property and asset data for investment planning.
• Identify repair and investment needs and support compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional advice and contribute to asset investment programmes.
