Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an Asset Servicing & Client Manager (Remote UK) to manage a portfolio of UK Defined Benefit Pension Fund clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and strong client relationships. You will coordinate with senior managers, support cash collection, and maintain high-quality client data in Salesforce.

You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to reporting, and help drive business growth while operating from a remote setup across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with allocated UK Defined Benefit Pension Fund clients.
• Deliver client presentations (mostly remote) as required.
• Coordinate with Consultant Relationship Managers to ensure effective communication with custodian banks.
• Ensure timely invoicing for allocated clients and raise invoices as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce as the golden client record and ensure data quality.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, you will help drive client engagement, support business growth initiatives, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.The role will also involve maintaining accurate client and business information within Salesforce, acting as the team's go-to person for data quality and process management. This is a varied and collaborative position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing multiple priorities, and making a real impact within a growing business.Key responsibilities:Manage relationship with allocated number of UK Defined Benefit Pension Fund clients, currently subscribing to our monthly Custody & Treasury Benchmarking reporting.
