• Perform daily controls and core processing routines to support a strong control environment

• Investigate operational issues, driving items through to resolution with stakeholders
• Escalate risk, control, or client-impact concerns promptly and appropriately
• Communicate processing considerations, deadlines, and risks clearly to partners and management
• Support client service inquiries with timely, accurate responses and proper documentation
• Maintain audit readiness by updating procedures, evidence, and process documentation as needed
• Participate in contingency and recovery routines, including testing and readiness activities
• Contribute improvement ideas and support delivery of process, control, and technology changes

As an Asset Associate – Operations in Announcement Capture Utility Team, you support the accurate processing of high-risk, complex voluntary corporate action events throughout the announcement capture lifecycle. You will work closely with global partners to resolve discrepancies, answer service inquiries, and maintain strong risk and control discipline.
