The position is full-time (37 hours/week) with a salary band of £51,000 - £60,000 (experience-based). You will work closely with residents and stakeholders to deliver improved asset performance and long-term

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asset management within housing or residential property.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance programmes and stock investment planning.
• Experience with statutory compliance and building safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management strategy across the portfolio.
