Our client is a firm member of the Electricity Transmission industry, specialising in strategic investment in offshore electricity transmission systems across Europe.

Job Role: Asset Manager

1. Responsibilities:
2. Assist the Technical Director and General Manager in managing the transmission portfolio.
3. Oversee the day-to-day asset management of a specific portfolio.
4. Ensure business objectives are met, including providing timely and accurate reports to the Board.
5. Manage technical and commercial asset management issues, requiring industry, regulatory, and engineering knowledge.
6. Manage outsourced operations and maintenance service providers.
7. Maintain knowledge of the System Operator Code, industry standards, regulations, and contracts.
8. Support the development of the firm's asset management knowledge, including commercial contracts, to foster business growth and investment opportunities.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of technical and commercial issues within the offshore transmission sector, requiring a blend of industry expertise and management skills.
