Job summary

Hemiko is recruiting an Asset Manager to lead development, construction, optimization, and growth of heat network assets. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to negotiate connections and oversee asset performance, delivering on time, on budget and to service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract negotiation and administration.
• Financial and management accounting, budgeting and analysis.
• Understanding regulatory requirements for energy infrastructure assets.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
• Strong knowledge of district heating operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate to identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Ensure delivery and compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor asset performance and report KPI-based insights.
• Prepare regular management and stakeholder reports.
• Drive value creation plans for each asset.
