Principal Consultant - Investment & Asset Management across PBSA, BTR, Co-Living & Later Living

Oyster has partnered with an ambitious Investor & Operator in the BTR space to find an experienced Asset Manager to join their team.

With a growing BTR portfolio, this is an exciting time of expansion for a relatively new market entrant.

Joining the Asset Management team, this individual will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for existing assets.

Responsibilities include capital improvement/remedial projects, refurbishment, investor reporting, active revenue optimisation, and the preparation and implementation of annual budgets and business plans.

You will also prepare and maintain financial reports, conduct variance analysis, monitor budgets, and assist with financial modelling of assets, portfolios, and funds.

Requirements include:

• At least 5 years of Asset Management experience, primarily within the BTR sector.
• Strong technical knowledge, including refurbishment and asset enhancement experience.
