Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Asset Manager to join a prestigious and well-capitalised family office with a London-centric portfolio spanning retail and office spaces.

This is a rare client-side opportunity to join a well-capitalised private family office with a strong track record and a small, highly experienced team. You’ll be supporting the Senior Asset Manager on a varied and high-profile Central London portfolio, gaining broad exposure across the full asset management lifecycle, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and strategic planning.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Asset Manager across a diverse portfolio of London assets
• Supporting on landlord & tenant matters, minor refurbishments, and leasing activities
• Liaising with external property managers and professional consultants
• Inputting into business planning and strategy, with the opportunity to work alongside the acquisitions team

Requirements:

• Experience in an Asset Management role in the office and/or retail sector, either from an agency (Surveyor) or client-side background
• A confident communicator with high energy, eager to learn and get stuck in
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
