Job summary

Une entreprise de renouvelables de premier plan cherche à embaucher un Offshore Wind Asset Manager. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion des actifs, du suivi des performances et de la maintenance des modèles financiers. Ce rôle nécessite une forte expérience en gestion d'actifs renouvelables ainsi qu'une compréhension approfondie des structures financières et des normes de l'industrie.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion d'actifs d'énergie renouvelable, surtout éolien offshore.
• Compréhension des structures financières et de l'optimisation des performances.
• Capacités solides en modélisation financière et en rapport.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller la performance des actifs au quotidien sur le plan technique et financier.
• Gérer des contrats clés, y compris des accords O&M et des PPA.
• Préparer des rapports sur la performance des actifs et les décisions d'investissement.

Join a leading renewable energy business as an Offshore Wind Asset Manager, where you’ll take full responsibility for the performance, value, and risk management of operational offshore wind assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day asset performance across technical, financial, and commercial areas.
• Manage key contracts, including O&M agreements, PPAs, and financing arrangements.
• Maintain and update financial models, valuations, and ensure debt compliance.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and board materials on asset performance, outlook, and investment decisions.
• Contribute to the development of an ISO 55001-aligned Asset Management System.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in offshore wind or renewable asset management.
• Strong understanding of project finance, debt structures, and performance optimisation.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, reporting, and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of asset management systems and relevant industry standards.
