Two Rivers Housing is seeking an experienced manager to lead teams delivering operational plans and collaborate with external partners to improve housing services and stock management.

The role requires strong data analytics, advanced Excel, Power BI, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for operational and strategic decision-making within the housing sector.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3+ or similar in an asset management, data analysis, or related discipline.
• A management qualification, such as ILM
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
• Project Management qualification (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Lead teams in the delivery of operational plans and work effectively with external partners.
• Understand asset management, repairs, maintenance, and the information needed to manage housing stock effectively.
• Analyze large or complex datasets, cleansing, validating, and interpreting results.
• Create dashboards and live management information using Excel and Power BI.
• Define meaningful measures and KPIs, analyse trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Explain technical findings clearly to diverse audiences and produce concise reports for decision-making.

• A good understanding of asset management, repairs, maintenance, and the information needed to manage housing stock effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience of combining, cleansing, validating, and interpreting large or complex datasets.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience using reporting or business intelligence tools to create clear dashboards, graphs, tables, and live management information.
• Ability to define meaningful measures and key performance indicators, analyse trends and exceptions, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience of data-quality management, including validation rules, reconciliations, audit trails, and resolving gaps or inconsistencies.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to different audiences and produce concise, accurate reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
• A structured, curious approach to problem-solving, with the ability to challenge assumptions and find solutions to complex or highly detailed tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership and accountability for the success and performance management of the team., NVQ Level 3+ or similar in an asset management, data analysis, or related discipline.
• A management qualification, such as ILM
• Experience using a housing asset management system and extracting information from operational systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, or comparable analysis and visualisation tools is desirable.
• Understanding of data protection, information governance, data quality, and appropriate handling of sensitive customer information.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
• Project Management qualification (desirable).
