Job Title: Asset Manager

As the Asset Manager, you'll play a key role in strategically overseeing the maintenance of all physical assets across our client sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of assets, optimizing maintenance schedules, and implementing best practices to enhance asset performance. Key Responsibilities

1. Implement the asset management function to deliver value for money.
2. Effectively implement the annual asset management plan for each building, in accordance with ISO 55001, as defined by the Engineering Assurance & Governance Director.
3. Deliver asset management initiatives aligned with client sustainability targets, including achieving net zero, ensuring energy efficiency, and reducing environmental impact.
4. Assist in developing and implementing the annual Statutory Compliance & Audit program.
5. Improve system reliability and performance by identifying, developing, and implementing asset reliability improvement programs across all UK sites, working with engineering teams and suppliers under the guidance of the Head of Asset Reliability.
