Job summary

Kier Group is seeking an Asset Management Team Leader to head the Asset & Professional Services function from Brixworth, Northamptonshire. You will lead asset management across contracts, turning data and priorities into practical plans that support better investment decisions and improved network performance.

Based in NN6 area, the role offers 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility, a starting salary of £50,000 per year plus private healthcare and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, highways maintenance or infrastructure management.
• Ability to analyse asset condition, performance and lifecycle data for investment decisions.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving improvement.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and translating technical information.
• Collaborative problem-solving across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the Asset Management team, providing clear direction and support
• Maintaining asset inventories, condition data and key information to support informed decision-making
• Shaping evidence-based asset priorities and investment recommendations using condition, risk and performance data
• Building positive relationships with teams, clients, supply chain partners and stakeholders
• Improving asset management processes and governance to enhance service delivery
