Job Title: Asset Management Paralegal

Working arrangement:

Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

Role overview:

The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Asset Management team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with scope for extension.

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitoring, tracking, collating, and coordinating KYC documentation.
2. Conducting company searches, reviewing search results, and preparing corporate formalities documents.
3. Preparing and coordinating the collection of signature pages.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous funds experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
