Job summary

Jefferson Tiley is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Internal Audit Manager / Vice President into its London-based Internal Audit function. The role focuses on Asset Management Internal Audit expertise, leading complex audits from planning through reporting and exposing the team to wider banking and capital markets activities.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end audits, mentor junior auditors, and present findings to senior management

Qualifications

• Asset Management Internal Audit experience.
• Proven track record of independently leading audits.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management control environment.
• Experience delivering audits from planning to final report.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring other auditors.
• Willingness to broaden to banking & capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Internal Audit assignments across Asset Management and related activities.
• Assess key business risks, controls and governance arrangements.
• Manage planning, fieldwork and reporting of audit assignments.
• Lead and coach junior auditors on reviews.
• Produce high-quality audit findings and reports.
• Present and discuss findings with senior management.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Asset Management.
• Support broader audits across banking, capital markets, front office and compliance.
