Job Description:

Associate role with one of the most recognised names in REPE. The firm invests across multiple asset classes and strategies and has raised billions of dollars globally in recent years. The team is looking for a technically strong asset manager to focus initially on their pan-European logistics strategy, which will broaden over time.

The successful candidate will support one of the SVPs in the logistics Asset Management team to help drive that asset class strategy and execute the business plan. Prior focus on logistics is not necessary, but an interest in the asset class is essential.

This role is more technical than a typical ‘bricks and mortar’ Asset Management position. The candidate must possess highly advanced financial modelling skills, capable of building complex structures from scratch, with demonstrable experience in their recent roles, likely in a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory platform.

Given the firm’s opportunistic risk profile, asset managers will work on tasks such as refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments, and asset manipulation.
