Associate role with one of the most recognised names in REPE. The firm invests across multiple asset classes and strategies and has raised billions of dollars globally in recent years. The team is looking for a technically strong asset manager to focus initially on their pan-European logistics strategy, with potential to broaden over time.
The successful candidate will support one of the SVPs in the logistics asset management team to help drive the asset class strategy and execute the business plan. Prior focus on logistics is not necessary, but an interest in the asset class is essential.
This role is more technical than traditional 'bricks and mortar' asset management, requiring highly robust financial modelling skills.
The candidate must be able to build complex financial structures from scratch and demonstrate this experience in their recent roles, likely in a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory platform. Due to the firm’s opportunistic risk profile, asset managers will work on tasks such as refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments, and asset manipulation.
