Job summary

Elderpark Housing Association is seeking an energetic Assistant Asset Officer to join the Asset Management Team in Glasgow. The role involves inspections, stock condition assessments, repairs and void support, and coordinating with contractors to ensure safety, compliance and high-quality homes.

You will work collaboratively to manage housing stock, gather data, and help drive improvements that deliver energy-efficient, safe and affordable homes across communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, maintenance, housing or construction helps.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and carry out inspections.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections, stock condition work, repairs and void support.
• Assist with tenant safety compliance, contractor monitoring and data management.
• Support delivery of repairs, maintenance, compliance and investment services.
• Contribute to performance reporting and programme administration.
