Job summary

Madison Berkeley is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst for its UK Asset Management team, based in the Slough area. The role combines detailed financial analysis with hands-on asset management to drive value across a multi-property portfolio.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, build robust cash flow models, review performance, and contribute to investment decisions and capital expenditure initiatives. Experience ranges from 1 to 4 years depending on level.

Qualifications

• 1–2.5 years of experience for Analysts; 3–4 years for Senior Analysts.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Build ad hoc cash flow models from scratch and analyse complex operating businesses.
• Review monthly financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support asset-level business plans and value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with operating partners to improve commercial performance.
• Analyse pricing, occupancy, revenue and KPI performance.
• Support investment reporting and strategic portfolio decisions.
• Contribute to asset enhancement and capital expenditure initiatives.
