Madison Berkeley is excited to be partnering with one of the world's largest publicly listed real estate investors to appoint an Analyst or Senior Analyst into its rapidly expanding UK Asset Management team.
Following a series of transformational acquisitions and continued capital deployment, the business has built one of the UK's largest operational real estate platforms and is investing heavily in growing its UK team. With multiple recent senior hires already made and further expansion planned, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team at an early stage of its growth journey.
This is a genuinely commercial role. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, influence business plans and help drive value across a multi-billion-pound portfolio where analytical thinking translates into real commercial outcomes.
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll support the performance of a nationally significant operational real estate portfolio managed through specialist operating partners.
You'll combine detailed financial analysis with hands-on asset management, helping shape strategies that improve operating performance, drive revenue growth and enhance long-term asset value.
We're interested in ambitious Analysts with 1 to 2.5 years' experience and Senior Analysts with 3 to 4 years' experience, although the quality of your exposure matters far more than your exact tenure.
We're deliberately open on sector background. While operational real estate experience is valuable, strong candidates can come from a variety of environments including:
Technical excellence is the first filter.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
The team values people who challenge assumptions, identify opportunities others miss and take ownership of improving performance.
The Asset Management team is being built around collaborative, intellectually curious people who combine high IQ with high EQ.
The environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, with a mindset that feels closer to private equity than traditional institutional asset management. Initiative is actively rewarded, and junior team members are expected to contribute meaningful commercial ideas from an early stage.
