Madison Berkeley is partnering with a leading global real estate investor to appoint an Analyst or Senior Analyst into its expanding UK Asset Management team. You will combine detailed financial analysis with hands‑on asset management to shape strategies that improve operating performance and drive long‑term asset value.

The role involves building cash flow models, reviewing performance, and collaborating with operating partners to deliver commercial outcomes for a multi‑billion-pound portfolio.

Qualifications

• Analyst: 1–2.5 years’ experience.
• Senior Analyst: 3–4 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Build ad hoc cash flow models from scratch and analyse complex operating businesses.
• Review monthly financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support asset-level business plans and value creation initiatives.
• Work closely with operating partners to improve commercial performance.
• Analyse pricing, occupancy, revenue and operational KPIs.
• Support investment reporting and strategic portfolio decisions.
• Contribute to asset enhancement and capital expenditure initiatives.
