Job summary

Arup is looking for an Associate/Associate Director to join the North Asset Management team. You will lead advisory commissions for infrastructure assets, improve resilience and value for money, and work with water sector clients and major owners/operators in the UK and beyond.

You will identify opportunities for improvement, manage financials and people, and translate complex data into actionable insights while collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field with chartership or professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Service delivery – lead commissions within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Project management – ensure financial success and outcomes of commissions.
• Build client relationships and support business development, including proposals/tenders.
• People management and development – support the professional growth of team members.
