Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to join our team on Birmingham Schools and Dudley LIFT contracts on a permanent basis. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits.

You will lead on the delivery of lifecycle plans and variations, focusing on asset management, building infrastructure and M&E disciplines within healthcare and education sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with project management in healthcare or education facilities.
• Knowledge of building fabric and M&E disciplines in healthcare premises.
• Understanding of DOH, regulatory and legislative issues relevant to facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle plans and variations on healthcare and education sites.
• Coordinate with FM suppliers and internal teams to meet contractual maintenance requirements.
• Provide technical support on lifecycle works and ensure compliance with BS standards and SFG20 guidance.
• Travel to meet role needs and manage assets within 5-year lifecycle plans.
