Job summary

BEAR Scotland Limited is seeking an Inspection Team Leader – Asset Data Specialist to manage a team of Inspectors and ensure inspections meet the NMC requirements. The role is based in Inverness and features a 40-hour, Monday–Friday on-site working pattern.

The successful candidate will coordinate data collection, ensure data quality, and liaise with the AMPS team to address issues. The role requires experience in inspection procedures within roads/infrastructure, data capture tools, Health &

Qualifications

• Experience of inspection procedures in roads or infrastructure
• Data capture tools experience
• Health & Safety knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures that form part of BEAR’s Integrated Management Systems.
• Manage the daily activities of the Inspectors and the operation in AMPS.
• Ensure that inspections are carried out on time and in accordance with the inspection programme and the trunk road information manual.
• Review the collected inspection data for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Report and liaison with the AMPS team to resolve problems and issues.
• Assisting with responses to Hazard Notices and Observations Resulting from Inspections.
• Other duties applicable to the post as directed from time to time by the Asset Manager.
