You will review credit applications to ensure compliance with Lending Policy and oversee post-sanction administration to meet policy standards. Experience in asset finance underwriting is highly valued.

The role offers hybrid working between Reading and Leicester sites with a salary in the £45,000–£60,000pa range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in underwriting and lending principles for small ticket transactions.
• Ability to own tasks and see them through to completion.
• Understanding of compliance and customer fairness in credit operations.
