Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Content Developer to lead content development for computer assessments and collaborate with global teams. You will manage multiple projects, train SMEs, and ensure item quality and timely delivery across varying programs.

You will also support AI adoption where appropriate, work within security standards, and coordinate with clients to meet exam specifications and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience as editor, content or test developer, or related coursework preferred.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with programme and project teams to determine content requirements.
• Train SMEs for item writing and review.
• Coordinate item banking tool setup and ensure all elements are captured.
• Manage documentation and ensure security of materials.
• Escalate risks to ensure high-quality items are delivered on schedule.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee budgeting and contracting of writers and subcontractors.
