The role:
Northwood College for Girls is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic Assessment and Data Manager to join our forward-thinking school.
Working closely with the Deputy Head Academic and the Senior Leadership team, you will support the effective implementation, management, and oversight of the school’s Management Information System (MIS). You will be responsible for providing data analysis to school leaders, compiling statistical returns, and producing comprehensive assessment reports across the school.
Additionally, you will support the production of the school timetable, coordinating staff cover, and working alongside the Examinations Officer on both internal and external examinations and results collation/dispatch.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual, who is skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will need previous experience in data input and manipulation, a sound understanding of data requirements within schools, and excellent ICT skills. A thorough knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System) will also be essential. In addition to this, you will possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making.
This is a full time role for 36 hours per week. We are open to full year-round working or term time only. Please indicate your preference in your application.
