KLA, the SPTS division, designs and manufactures wafer processing solutions and related equipment. This Assembly Technician role sits in our manufacturing team, supporting high-quality builds across electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies, with shift patterns including early and late weeks and potential night work.
You will follow SOPs, ensure QA, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
The SPTS division of KLA, designs, manufactures and markets wafer processing solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries. SPTS provides industry leading etch and deposition process technologies on a range of single wafer handling platforms. End-market applications include micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), advanced packaging, LED, high speed RF device IC’s and power semiconductors. Our Assembly Technicians are part of a team who ensure we meet the required quality standard across the full range of our SPTS single-wafer products and helping the company meet our customers’ requirements and expectations! You’ll be working in our high performing manufacturing team to assemble our sophisticated processing equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to establish a career in a fast-growing, award-winning company with a clearly defined career development path! This role requires shift work; Monday to Friday 6am-2pm (week 1) and Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm (week 2). There may also be the requirement to work on a night shift basis. This is a permanent role and we have a number of these positions available currently.
