Job Introduction

Our Assembly Team plays a crucial role in assembling our dishes to resemble the final product you know and love. With all components prepared and cooked, our team brings everything together, whether layering in lasagnes or adding sauces and cheese to mac and cheese.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 4pm - Midnight

Role Responsibilities

• Accurately weighing portions for each dish
• Adding and arranging dish contents precisely
• Replenishing dish trays
• Maintaining high hygiene standards and a tidy workspace
• Keeping food preparation records and logs
• Conducting quality checks to meet Bigham standards
• Carrying out effective shift handovers
• Reporting equipment issues
• Collaborating with the team to complete daily plans

The Ideal Candidate

We seek individuals with:

This role requires physical activity and standing most of the shift. Experience in food handling is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.

Package Description

• Hourly rate of £14.40, increasing to £15.01 after 3 months
