Are you an Assembly Supervisor or similar looking to head up a small team, with cutting-edge projects within Defence / Marine, a clear scope to progress further and an early finish on a Friday?

As an Assembly Supervisor, you will head up a close-knit team within a fast paced, assembly / manufacturing environment. You will manage workshop activities, work distribution, maintain quality standards, motivate the team and drive manufacturing forward.

This position would suit a Assembly Supervisor or similar, who has an understanding of quality, assembly and has the core abilities required to lead a team.

DUTIES
* Manage a team of 4 assembly technicians within a workshop environment, responsible for workload distribution, continuous improvement, adhering to quality standards, overseeing build and working to Total Productive Maintenance
* Motivate the team, set objectives, identify skills gaps for training, disciplinary procedures, support troubleshooting activities as and when required.

PERSON
* Assembly or Manufacturing background, having worked your way up from shopfloor
* Qualification in Engineering, albeit BTEC, HNC, HND, ONC, Degree, MSc etc.
* Familiarity with Motors / Generators / Turbines or similar
* British Passport required due to Security Clearance
