Job summary

Safran is seeking an Assembly Pulse Line Manager to lead production performance, safety, quality and cost delivery in a high‑velocity assembly environment. You will drive continuous improvement, standardisation and Lean practices while building a capable, engaging team culture.

You will own day‑to‑day line performance, manage KPIs, support new programs and future volume, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to secure readiness and operational excellence across the line.

Qualifications

• Experience leading assembly/production lines in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost targets.
• Experience developing operational teams and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and structured problem solving.
• Experience with capacity planning and line balancing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of the Assembly Pulse Line.
• Lead problem-solving and recovery activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation.
• Develop production leaders and ensure appropriate training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan future capacity.
