Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting Assembly and Production Operatives to join our Belper site in Derbyshire. You will work as part of a busy production team, assembling components, performing quality checks and helping production run smoothly.

We offer hands-on shift work with AM, PM and Night rotations. Training is provided; previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential. A reliable, punctual and safety-minded approach is valued.

Assembly Operative / Production Operative

Belper, Derbyshire

Pay Rates:

• AM Shift: £14.05 per hour


• PM Shift: £16.02 per hour


• Night Shift: £17.05 per hour

We're looking for Assembly and Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Belper.

This is a hands-on role working as part of a busy production team, assembling products, carrying out quality checks and helping keep production running smoothly. Previous manufacturing experience is useful, but not essential, as full training will be given.

What you'll be doing:

• Assembling components and finished products


• Using hand tools and production equipment


• Carrying out visual quality checks


• Packing finished products ready for dispatch


• Working to production targets


• Following health and safety procedures


• Keeping your work area clean and organised

We're looking for people who:

• Have a good eye for detail


• Worked with power tools and hand tools

Working Hours

• Minimum 38 hours per week


• Rotating AM and PM shifts


• Night shifts available


• Overtime available when required
