Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Assembly Teams operate assigned automated assembly machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, conduct quality checks following established processes, and document results as per our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area and adhering to TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

To assemble component parts of connectors according to work instructions/specifications or to a qualified standard to minimize defects. To work as part of a team and assist in the smooth operation of the department to meet output requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

1. Understand and follow TE Connectivity's documented departmental rules and company procedures.
2. Maintain standards in connector assembly and uphold good housekeeping practices.
3. Achieve the required times as documented in the process routing and meet departmental efficiency targets.
4. Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline.
5. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
6. Maintain quality, efficiency, and cleanliness standards.
