Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual for our manufacturing team working the third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and demonstrate strong mathematical and measuring skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is not required
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Experience reading and understanding work orders and product specifications
- Physical coordination and ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Comfort working with cleaning solutions such as Isopropyl Alcohol
- Ability to work respectfully in a collaborative environment
Physical Demands
- Visual acuity for inspection, measuring, and assembling tasks
- Ability to read and write detailed information
- Balance, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling as required
- Sustained standing and walking
- Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
- Work in various temperature conditions and environments with safety equipment
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks accurately following work orders and customer specifications
- Adhere to safety rules and procedures
- Maintain accurate records as directed by supervisors
- Follow GMPs and operating procedures
- Utilize documentation such as Bill of Materials, drawings, and measurement tools
- Set up branding and coil equipment as per specifications
- Operate postcure ovens, spooling, tuberinsing equipment, and assemble pump sets
- Clean, package, and ensure product quality and quantity meet customer requirements
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment
